2. Subscription Services (SaaS or Cloud Services)

3. Custom Software Development & Consulting
Payments made for custom development, consulting, or technical support are generally non-refundable, as these services are tailored and time-based. Exceptions may be considered under special circumstances:

4. Training & Workshops
